Bailey Lund (25)

One of Bailey’s biggest challenges was finding a way to create a balanced lifestyle, being able to work towards his goals whilst being able to enjoy meals with his family and girlfriend. Due to the nature of his work, he found himself constantly on the road travelling in between job sites - making it difficult to follow training and nutrition protocols consistently. After 12 we were not only able to transform his body, but implement solutions that allow’s him to partake in social events and adhere to protocols whilst travelling for work.

Jonathan Higareda (25)

Jonathan started the program wanting to remove excess fat, specifically in his chest and stomach area. He feared losing muscle mass during his dieting journey and struggled to follow meal plans due to their restrictive nature. In just 12 weeks he was able to lose a total of 5 kilos, increase his strength by over 50% and build more muscle. During the initial stages of his fat loss phase, he was still able to eat Chiptole upon his specific request. Throughout his journey, he was able to expand his understanding of training and nutrition and build his confidence. Jonathan is still in the program and has now transitioned into a bulking phase.

ava joined the program at 90 kilos with a priority to shed excess fat in preparation for his holiday in Dubai.
