Accountability
You will be appointed your own designed coach who you contact at any time. They are here to provide clarity to remove any guess work. Training and nutrition protocols are designed to fit your lifestyle, preferences, schedule and goals. We have expertise in fat loss nutritional guidance and will be providing ongoing support through weekly live check-ins and progress analysis to ensure that your program is continually adjustment as you face physical and environmental factors adaptations.
Structure & Management
Personable relationships is crucial to your success. We work very closely with all our clients building a safe and comfortable environment which allows us to curate our approach based on individual needs. The biggest challenge we see most is lack of time or poor time management. We will help you structure your day to day based on your existing commitments, making sure that we are able to integrate your health goals amongst other responsibilities.
Injury Prevention & Rehab
An analysis of your current physical state is conducted as part of the onboarding process. This allows us to identify areas that require most attention, heavily influencing movement selection and exercise order. Through this we're able to establish causes of joint pains, lagging muscle groups and potential imbalances caused by excess body weight weight or poor day to day movement.
Education
The biggest challenge people face is keeping the weight off. This is not another FAD diet or a lose weight fast scheme. Education is key to a permanent solution. We are here to educate you so you understand why we're making the changes, how we're making the changes and what to look out for so that you can repeat the process on your own. You'll be provided with a comprehensive training and nutrition course and weekly live Q&A's in addition to your 1:1 check-in calls to ensure that you're well equipped post program.
Sustainability
Our approach to nutrition is very flexible. Making sure we include foods you actually enjoy eating so that protocols are easy and realistic to follow. You can still eat foods you enjoy if you understand how food works. You do not need to fast 16 hours a day, cut out carbs or only eat meat. You do not need to spend more than 1 hour in the gym. Anything beyond this can be redundant.
